Terms of Service
1. Basic Information

2. Scope of Business
Kallure Creative Studio provides services in web design, programming, graphic design, creation of visual prototypes, media content production, and handmade souvenirs.
3. Ordering Process
The order can be placed via email, social media (Instagram) or through the contact form on the website.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). The company is not subject to value-added tax (VAT) according to Article 90 of the Value-Added Tax Act.
Payment is possible exclusively via bank transfer to the company's business account.
Cash payment is not available.
5. Advance Payment
For certain services (e.g., web pages, design), advance payment may be required as specified in the offer.
The advance payment confirms the order and is considered acceptance of the offer terms.
The advance payment is non-refundable unless the service is not performed by the company.
6. Delivery of Products/Services
Digital products and services (web pages, design) are delivered electronically upon completion of the work and payment.
Physical products (handmade items) are delivered personally or by a delivery service, as agreed with the customer.
The cost of delivery is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint if the product is visibly damaged or defective.
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Returns are only possible if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customers can submit a written complaint via email to kallure.creative.studio@gmail.com.
We will respond to all complaints within 15 days of receipt.
The complaint book is available in digital form upon request.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you have the right to free out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (ADR):

8. Data Protection
All personal data collected during business operations are used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling orders and are not shared with third parties.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All materials, designs, web pages, digital prototypes, photographs and other products produced by Kallure Creative Studio are protected by copyright.
Transfer of intellectual property rights to the customer is possible only if explicitly stated in the offer or contract.
The customer does not have the right to sell, distribute, modify, or copy materials without written permission from the company, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Other
For all matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the provisions of the Act on Obligatory Relations and the Act on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Croatia shall apply.
